原先在百度知道上这个问题的最佳答案是错的(嘿嘿,百度知道英语翻译的大部分最佳答案都是错的--问的人和答的人都一知半解,当然错的多对的少了.那些所谓专家们的答案常常错得离谱).What引导的是一个宾语从句.这个从句单独来看,正确的语序是：There is little of my spare time(我没有什么闲暇时间).What little在从句中作表语.
另外这句话有语病.The home improvement只能是单数,因而用have是错的.正确的句子是：
The home improvement has taken what little there is of my spare time.
家里的翻修占用了我本来就不多的闲暇时间.
