明确一点,site即可以动词也可以名词
但很少把site当动词用,动词用法几乎=to situation=to locate
但是site更强调是人为地设置在什么地方,人为地安置在什么地方
比如 The boss decided to site the company by the river.
They sited the machine guns behind the door.
相比之下,locate就没有那么强调人为,直接就是座落的意思,或者定位的意思（比如警察追捕罪犯驾车逃逸时）.

site 有动感,指定位置场所的意思
locate 无,有被动位于某地的意思
