一、实验目的:

\x052.掌握氨态氮的测定
二、实验原理:
\x052NH4HCO3+H2SO4(过量) (NH4)2SO4+2CO2 +2H2O
\x052NaOH+H2SO4(剩余) Na2SO4+2H2O
三、试剂和仪器:
\x05①H2SO4标准溶液
\x05②NaOH标准溶液
\x05③甲基红指示剂
四、测定步骤:
\x05①准称2g试样(精确至0.0001g),立即用水将试样洗入先盛有50.00ml H2SO4标准溶液的250ml锥形瓶中使试样完全溶解以驱除CO2 加2~3滴甲基红指示剂用NaOH标准溶液滴定至黄色为终点.
\x05②空白试验,不加试样,与试样测定采用完全相同的分析步骤,相同的试剂和用量.

A,experimental purpose:

2.The determination of ammonia nitrogen master
Second,the theory is that
2 NH4HCO3 + H2SO4 (too much) (NH4) 2 SO4 + 2 CO2 + 2 H2O
2 NaOH + H2SO4 (left) Na2SO4 + 2 H2O
Three,reagent and instrument:
(1) H2SO4 standard solution
(2) NaOH standard solution
(3) methyl red indicator
Fourth,determine steps:
(1) must say 2 g sample (accurate to 0.0001 g),immediately water will be washed to the first container with a 50.00 ml H2SO4 standard solution of 250 ml tapered bottle in completely dissolved samples to repel the CO2 and 2 3 drops of methyl red indicator with NaOH standard solution to end titration yellow.
(2) the blank test,do not add sample,and sample the determination as same as the analysis steps,the same reagent and the dosage.
