According to this passage ,it analysis from three aspects:sexism phenomenon ,the existed reason and its changes in English language .I got a result that the formation of language was a long historial process and closely related to culture practices or historical background and if we want to eliminate the sexism from
language completely ,we must change the usual mode of thinking while the long process need the efforts of both male and female .
