1.Keep 相当于 be 动词 ,后跟adj,表示维持一种状态,比如：keep calm
keep 还可以跟n.表示保留收藏什么东西,比如：keep this book
而 stay 后跟 副词,介词短语情况比较多.比如stay here,stay overnight
