试着重装系统，或者是修改一下bios设置，检查一下cmos 或者主板有没有问题、根据我的判断你应该试着看一下硬盘的线是否插牢或者引导系统的介质是否出现问题

和我的一样，我的也是台电c430+，在升级时出现了这个问题，具体原因我也说不清楚，可能是系统的问题，我的是win7，在xp下应该可以升级。
不过你可以去下C430的V4.0版本
用里面的LiveSuit.exe
固件依旧选择TL-C430+-V6.00的固件程序
我的就是这样升级了，已经成功了...

C430+的V4.0固件升级版本目前网上已经很难找到了。给你个网址

这里目前还可以下载Teclast台电TL-C430+ MP4播放器固件3.00版
下载后解压，将teclast_tl_c430p_fw300里面的“升级程序”文件夹复制后粘贴覆盖TL-C430+-V6.00-DF541下的“升级程序”文件夹。
然后就可以按步骤正常升级了。我已经成功了，祝你成功。
注意，电脑上提示升级成功后不要急，要等MP5自动完成整个升级过程，并被电脑重新识别后连接才算最终成功。
