主要有to do\doiing\done三种形式.
关键是主意【主被动关系】.
举例最好：1.He leaves home and the light is on.
He leaves home leaving the light on.
因为“留下灯开着”是主语“He“发出的.所以leave 加“ing”
2.The teacher comes in and the student follows him."老师进来了,身后跟着学生”
The teacher comes in followed the student .老师进来时被学生跟着,所以用“-ed"表被动.
3.He wants to finish his homework earlier so he has to work hard.
To finish his homework earlir,he has to work hard.

其实还有一种句子的写法也蛮好的，就是介词加ing形式。举个例子，he sat there and he didn't say anything。可以变成he sat there without sying anything 介词后加ing形式。 再如 i must apologise that i interrupt you 可变成 i must apologise for interrupting you。 he congratulates me because i won the competition， 可以改为 he congratulates me for winning the competition 。
