In order to live a healthy life you need to eat well,rest well,exercise well and perform daily activities accordingly.If you don't eat well then you probably won't have enough energy to do your daily tasks such as studying,cleaning the house or maybe even cooking.By eating well,you need to eat a lot of vegetables and proteins,you shouldn't eat too much meat or sweets.Also,if you don't sleep well,you will probably yawn a lot the next day,which will make you perform less well in many things.In order to sleep well,you need to go to bed before midnight and sleep for eight hours or so,so that when you wake up you will feel refreshed.Exercise will make you healthier and strong,so that you can live until a really old age.You can jog,play basketball or tennis or do many other athletic sports in your free time.Aside from living a healthy life physically,you also need to have a healthy mental life.Most importantly,you should have some hobbies that you are pursuing so that you are devoting your life to something meaningful,instead of wasting it.For instance,I like to read very much,so I read a book or two each day,and I improve my reading skills by looking up new vocabularies in the dictionary constantly.Hence,on top of living a healthy physical life,I also live a healthy mental life.

But what should be done to lead a healthy life? Different people have different ideas.
Some say that leading a healthy life is having a strong body. Some people think being psychologically healthy is very important. In my view, it’s essential to keep physically and psychologically healthy.
To keep physically healthy, you should do sports like running, playing basketball etc.
Today more and more people are going to the fitness centers. There are some popular ways to keep fit like yoga which is a sensation in many big cities today. I think it is very useful for us to do some exercises every day. In this way, we can have a strong body.
More importantly, to keep psychologically healthy, you should have a good attitude towards people around you. We often say: “Attitude is everything.”

Eat low-fat or fat-free dairy. Switching to skim milk or fat free yogurt is another simple way to eat less calories without having to change too much in your diet.
