1.Last week,I had my final examination.Some of my classmates seemed to be nervous about it and showed symptoms such as dizziness,lack of energy,insomnia and lack of appetite.I agree that we should take our examinations seriously,but we need not be so worried about them if we plan ahead well.I have three suggestions.First,we should devise an appropriate plan for reviewing what we have learned before the examinations.This will avoid any last-minute preparations for the examinations.Second,during the examination period,we should have adequate rest.We are tempted to stay up late,but this will affect our ability to do well at the examinations.Third,before we go to bed,we should take a hot shower or have a glass of warm milk.This could help us to have a good sleep.
