Motivation is one of the main aspects of individual initiative, it can promote the behavior of individual produces some activities, make individual from static state to state of activity. At the same time it also can be to certain object or behavior target. When the individual activities are stimulated by motivation, the activities can alse be adjusted and controlled by the motivation.
