Have做动词表示“拥有”,中文可以说“再有一个小时”,但是其实这里的“有”是带有被动意味的,是请求他人再给予一个小时的时间,Have跟这个句子的句意不符.
如果一定要用动词开始也以用“Give me one more hour”.
你加个have的话就得再加个主语，然后去掉and。
口语常用的 不需要再说have 比如one more time 再来一次
祈使句一般情况指的是别人的指令或者自己的请求，没有对自身情况的叙述~~
这里One more hour 省略的其实是give me one more hour,而have one more time 既不能表示自己的请求也不能表示别人的要求，只是简单的省略了主语，并不能说是祈使句~
